Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or for custom orders.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are determined based on the shipping method you select, the delivery destination, and the weight and size of your order. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

Domestic Shipping (Within USA):

  • Standard domestic shipping typically takes 2-5 business days from the date of shipment.

  • We provide a tracking number for all domestic shipments so you can monitor the progress of your order.

International Shipping:

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • While we take great care to ensure that your candles are packaged securely, unforeseen circumstances may lead to lost or damaged shipments. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.

  • If your order is lost or delayed significantly during transit, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking or replacing your order.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up to date to prevent any delivery issues. If you need to make changes to your address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your candle purchase. If, for any reason you are not happy with your candles, you may return them within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the candles must be in their original, unopened condition. If the candles arrived damaged or there was an error in your order, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your purchase, and we will provide a prompt resolution. Returns beyond 30 days or without proof of purchase may not be accepted. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
